Shoveling snow off the tent during a grim storm at 14,300' on Denali's west buttress route. Strong storms high on the mountain can bring winds ranging from 60-100 miles per hour, and snowfalls measured in meters. This storm left over 6 feet (2 meters) of snow in only 30 hours!
